If you have a business that you would like to advertise on BuildMeGreen.com, we offer the following advertising packages:
Premier Package: Your ad will appear on our homepage. Your ad will include a logo with a link to your website. We will run this ad for 3 months at $45.00 per month.
Image guidelines: Please provide one logo or image in high resolution, .png or .jpg format.
Please provide contact information such as telephone number, city, state, contact name and website address.
Longer advertising times are available upon request.
Standard Package: Your advertisement will appear at the top of the business category page of your choic. Your ad will include your logo, with a link to your website. We will run this ad for 3 months at $30.00 per month.
Image guidelines: Please provide one logo or image in high resolution, .png or .jpg format. Please provide contact information such as telephone number, city, state, contact name and website address.
Longer advertising times are available upon request.
Advertising Terms and Conditions
Advertising through the web pages owned by BuildMeGreen LLC. hereinafter referred to as “BuildMeGreen” are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All advertising material is subject to approval by BuildMeGreen, who reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement deemed to be unsuitable for any reason.

Fees paid for advertising are non-refundable unless the advertisement is cancelled prior to the commencement of the advertising campaign, which is defined as the moment the advertisement is first published on the Internet.

Advertising space is subject to limited availability and will be handed out on a first-come first-served basis. Once all of the available advertising slots are filled, further advertisements are queued until the next available slot becomes available. BuildMeGreen staff will notify queued advertisers of the estimated time that their advertisement will make it on-line as well as the date it actually goes on-line.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Rates (fees) are subject to change without prior notice. Only new or renewed contracts are affected when rates change.

All advertisements are positioned according to rules dictated by BuildMeGreen. Specifically, leader-board and center banner ads will only be placed at the top of a web page. Button advertisements will appear on the right or left side of the area home and category pages.

The advertiser acknowledges that they own the rights and permissions to publish submitted material on the Internet and agrees to indemnify and save harmless BuildMeGreen against all damage, loss, expense and liability of any nature arising from our use of the advertisers submitted content on the Internet.

BuildMeGreen assumes no liability for errors in materials. All attempts will be made to correct any errors that may appear.

BuildMeGreen reserves the right to refuse or postpone the display of submitted advertising content until all monies have been received (including the clearing of bank checks) in full and advertising space becomes available.

BuildMeGreen is not liable for delays in publishing or failure to publish submitted advertising content in the event of circumstances beyond the control of BuildMeGreen.

BuildMeGreen will share your Payment Information with banks or vendors relevant to the transaction in order to complete those transactions. Additionally, BuildMeGreen may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. BuildMeGreen does not maintain electronic or physical copies of your credit card information.

While BuildMeGreen has in place up-to-date technology and Internet procedures to protect your Payment Information from intruders, it is impossible to guarantee that these technologies and/ or procedures will eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or misuse. BuildMeGreen is not liable for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of Payment Information, including but not limited to credit card information.
Acceptance by the advertiser of these terms and conditions is implied upon the receipt of submitted advertising material and/or payment by BuildMeGreen LLC.
